Casa Obía is a safe haven for those exploring the centre of Cagliari.
Located in a quiet courtyard, the property is just a stone’s throw from the city’s most beautiful historic quarters and monuments.
Upon opening the front door, you will discover a 1950s flat with high ceilings and terrazzo floors, renovated to harmonize modern comfort with period design. Casa Obía houses 4 double rooms, each one different from the other.
Upon request, it is possible to rent the entire flat for a total of 8 people - in this case the kitchen is at the guests' disposal.

La chambre est très confortable. Bien placée, Laura nous a accueilli très chaleureusement. Elle a été très flexible sur notre heure d'arrivée. Je recommande.

Perfekt saubere, moderne,geräumige Zimmer in guter Lage. Gastgeberin Laura tut alles, um den Aufenthalt perfekt zu machen - sie spricht sehr gutes Englisch und ist stets erreichbar. Check-In nach 24 Uhr war problemlos möglich.
Ich empfehle Casa Obía definitiv weiter.

Excellente expérience à Casa Obía ! Non seulement la chambre est ultra confortable et spacieuse, mais en plus, l'emplacement est très bien situé au centre ville (pas tres loin du Bastion Saint Rémy), et le petit deujener est excellent. Nous avons été très très bien accueillis, c'était tout simplement parfait.

Tolles Boutique Hotel, sehr sauber, grosses Zimmer, nette Gastgeberin, alles war perfekt, wir werden wieder kommen!
