Casa Obía is located in the city centre, a short distance from the port and the train and bus station. Within walking distance you will find the shopping area, excellent restaurants and famous attractions such as the Bastione di Saint Remy, la Torre dell’Elefante e Piazza Yenne. Nearby you can take nice walks along the small port of Su Siccu or towards Basilica of Bonaria. By public transport, it is easy to reach Poetto, the city beach (15-20 minutes).
Peaceful sleeps
The hotel’s secluded location on a quiet inner courtyard allows the noise of the city to be muffled. All rooms are also equipped with soundproof walls and doors, providing a particularly quiet environment.

On request, breakfast can be enjoyed at Casa Obía. We offer an Italian breakfast that includes hot drinks and fruit juices, a homemade cake, fresh bread & butter, jams from our family farm. You can enjoy breakfast at a cost of EUR 5.00. On request, you can also have savoury options and special products for all dietary needs.
Eco-sustainability
Casa Obía is committed to having a low environmental impact and generating as little waste as possible. The facility is powered only by renewable energy thanks to an autonomous photovoltaic system.
Waste is sorted strictly and plastic and disposable products are kept to a minimum. Therefore, you will find our courtesy products in refillable dispensers.
